Agreement
By participating in the NADM Tire Supply Dealer Program, the dealer agrees to provide accurate business information, maintain eligible resale status where required, and follow NADM purchasing, shipping, return, warranty, and Inventory Hold policies as published on the NADM website and updated from time to time.
Dealer Pricing Confidentiality
Dealer pricing, margins, and related commercial terms are confidential. The dealer agrees not to publish, advertise, or disclose NADM dealer pricing to unauthorized third parties. Public storefront pricing is not dealer pricing. Dealer pricing becomes available only after account approval and login.
Returns
Returns are governed by the NADM Return Policy. Eligibility, restocking fees, timelines, and non-returnable items apply as published. Contact NADM before returning merchandise.
Warranty
NADM currently facilitates manufacturer warranty claims only for eligible Nexen tires purchased through NADM. Warranty approval is determined solely by the manufacturer. NADM does not independently warranty products. Claims should be submitted before the tire is repaired, altered, replaced, or disposed of whenever possible.
Inventory Hold Program
The Inventory Hold Program is an approved-dealer benefit. Held inventory must be paid in full. Maximum hold period is 30 days. Maximum storage is 100 tires unless NADM approves an extension for repeat dealers at its discretion.
Abandoned Inventory
Inventory remaining beyond the agreed hold period without written approval may be considered abandoned and becomes property of NADM Tire Supply. No refund or credit will be issued. After three abandoned inventory occurrences, Inventory Hold privileges may be permanently revoked.
Payment Terms
Orders and Inventory Holds must be paid according to NADM payment methods and terms in effect at the time of purchase. Supported methods are described in the Payment Policy. NADM may withhold fulfillment or dealer benefits when payment requirements are not met.
Termination
Either party may discontinue the dealer relationship subject to applicable policies and any outstanding obligations. NADM may suspend or revoke dealer pricing, Inventory Hold privileges, or account access for policy violations, abandoned inventory occurrences, inaccurate information, or inactivity.
