Ordering & Process

Do you sell to indiviuals or only businesses?

We primarily work with auto repair shops, resellers and whoesale buyers. If you're looking inventory, reach out and we'll confirm availability.

How do I place an order?

Submit a request through our website or contact us directly. We'll confirm availability, pricing, and next steps to move forward.

Do you provide an inventory list?

No public list is maintained. Inventory and promotions change frequently, so contact us for current availability and pricing.

Pick Up & Delivery

Do you offer warehouse pickup?

Yes. Pickup is available by appointment once your order has been confirmed and prepared.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Delivery is available based on your location and order size. Details are confrimed during the order process.

Can I visit the warehouse to browse inventory?

Limited warehouse access is available by appointment only, Monday through Friday, for customers with a valid resale license.

Payment & Terms

What is the $100 handling fee?

A $100 non-refundable handling fee is required to pull and prepare your order. This fee is applied towards your total purchase when the order is fulfilled. 

When is payment due?

The remaining balance is due at time of pickup or delivery.

Do you offer payment terms or net payments?

Net payment terms may be extended to established repeat buyers based on purchase volume and payment history. Approval is required and standard payment policies apply to all new customers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit, debit, PayPal and wire transfer. Wire is preferred for larger orders.

Inventory & Timing

What types of tires do you carry?

We offer passenger, truck, SUV, and some trailer tires, including brand-name inventory. Availability varies

How fast are orders processed?

Orders are typically processed and ready within the week once confirmed.

Policies & Order Guidelines

Can I pay after receiving the tires?

No. Full payment is required at the time of pickup or delivery. 

Is the handling fee refundable if I cancel?

No. The $100 handling fee is non-refundable once your order has been pulled and prepared.

What happens if I don’t show up for pickup?

Orders must be picked up within the agreed timeframe. Unnotified delays or no show may result in order cancellation  and forfeiture of the handling fee.

Can I hold inventory without placing an order?

No. Inventory is first come, first served. Orders are only secured once the handling fee is received.
